Nice to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with

a variety of issues.  I especially enjoy working with trauma survivors and those struggling with relationship issues.  I have a special place in my heart for parents of children with special needs.  I practice primarily from a cognitive therapy approach, while also utilizing interventions from several counseling theories. I believe in creating individualized counseling sessions to meet the unique needs of my clients.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Alabama Board of

Examiners in Counseling.  I am also certified to administer PREPARE/ENRICH

Assessments, a specific tool for pre-marital/marital counseling.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Regent University and my Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
